Processing

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 4–5 business days.

During periods of limited releases or high demand, processing times may be adjusted. Any updates will be noted on this page.

Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from our operation centers in New York City, NY and Florida, USA. At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground as our standard service.

Shipping options and any available upgrades will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and unaltered
The item must be returned in its original packaging
The item must show no signs of wear or damage

Sale Items

All sale items are final.

They are not eligible for return or exchange unless a confirmed defect is present.

Refunds

Approved returns will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Defects

Each Aiko Tanaka piece is carefully crafted with attention to material and form.

In the event of a confirmed defect, you may choose between:

A replacement
A full refund

Subtle variations in surface, tone, or form are inherent to the materials and are not considered defects.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will not be covered unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Order Changes

Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
