From first conversation to final delivery.

STEP 01

Every commission begins with a private online consultation. Together, we explore your story, design direction, and budget to establish the foundation for a piece uniquely yours.

Deposit

STEP 02

A 50% deposit confirms your commission. No sourcing, design, or production begins until this first step is in place.

Stone Sourcing

STEP 03

We source the finest stones available for your design, hand-selecting each one for quality, character, and brilliance.

Digital Design

STEP 04

Your ideas take shape as a digital design, where form, proportion, and detail are refined until the concept feels right.

CAD Modeling

STEP 05

The design moves into CAD, where you receive detailed 2D and 3D visualizations to review your piece from every angle before it is made.

Production

STEP 06

With the design approved, your piece enters physical production, cast, set, and finished by hand.

Delivery

STEP 07

Once complete, the remaining 50% balance is settled and your piece is ready for delivery, shipped securely via FedEx within the U.S. and DHL internationally.
